Welcome to the dermatology consult service. I’m looking forward to working with you on your cases and helping you navigate even the more frustrating or chronic skin patients with a clear, practical approach. My goal is to make dermatology feel more straightforward, efficient, and clinically useful—so you can get your patients more comfortable faster and with greater confidence in your plan.

Please include complete medical records along with clear photos of the lesions and affected areas, as this significantly improves the quality and specificity of recommendations. Summarize results of any recent cytology and/or skin scrapings. If you are attaching a culture, please tell me what you saw on cytology when you took the culture.
